I coach Teams in maturing towards becoming High Performing Teams and Organisations in expanding high performance beyond the team. I work with by raising awareness and fostering the unique capabilities of the client and its culture.

I provide bespoke Training programs, Workshops, and events.

Team Building Outdoors

I offer High-Performance Team-Building events in Outdoor setting, using nature as a teacher and tool for reflection and growth. Currently, I offer Hiking in the Italian Dolomites, and Sailing and Climbing in the Gulf of Trieste.

Activities are provided, when needed, with the support of a Mountain Guide, a Skipper, and a medical officer.
